Technology Development

Silicomp RI has a proven track record for development of leading edge technology. We are able to undertake projects in the technology areas in which we are currently active and related areas. We have a reputation for flexibility and for rapid project start-up. We also have experience of working with partners in a number of geographical areas, including Europe, the USA, and Asia. We have worked with both large and small companies, including major system vendors and ISVs. We are experienced in rapid prototype development and we are also able to provide the level of quality required for industrial products.

High Level Consulting

We provide high level consulting in the technology areas in which we are currently active and related areas. Our Senior Architect and Research Engineers can be assigned to undertake technology evaluations in collaboration with your own experts, or independently.

Silicomp RI Customers

Silicomp Research Institute has worked with a large number of partners in both the industrial and research spheres. As OSF RI, we worked both with system vendors (Apple, IBM, Digital, HP, Bull, NCR, Sony) and other industrial partners (Inmos, DDC-I, Harlequin, Sweden Post, Zanussi, FIZ, Mitsubishi, Software AG, SCO, Etnoteam) as well as with research partners (CMU, Trinity College Dublin, DRA, Grenoble University, INRIA, Fraunhofer Institute, etc.) Silicomp RI has continued to collaborate with many of these and other industrial partners, and has also undertaken further collaborative research with European partners, for example within the framework of Pastoral project, which is partly funded by the EU.
